MaddenCo adds road service call feature

Software supplier MaddenCo has added an emergency road service call center enhancement to its Tire Dealer System product.

"The new call center feature allows tire dealers to track emergency road service calls that are made to the dealer's emergency call center," say MaddenCo officials.

"A tire dealer can create unique real-time status codes and system alerts for its emergency road service work. The system alert feature notifies call center dispatchers of road service work that requires immediate attention due to the elapsed time from the initial call to dispatch."
