Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has launched a new commercial truck tire, the Roadmaster RM180, and has plans to roll out two more truck tires in April.
The RM180 is designed for over-the-road applications "because of its unique shoulder construction and extensive siping along the groove walls," according to Cooper officials.
Next month, Cooper will unveil the RM230 and RM300, two additions to its Roadmaster line. Both are mixed service tires with cut- and chip-resistant compounding.
Initially, both tires will be offered in two sizes, 11R22.5 and 11R24.5. "In May, we will introduce the RM230 in a 315/80R22.5."
