The latest installment of MTD Senior Editor Mike Manges' "Tire Talk with Mike" blog examines the federal government's plans to rank tires according to their rolling resistance.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration recently told Manges that it's developing rolling resistance test criteria, as well as a ranking system, for consumer tires.
