A preview of Pirelli & Cie SpA's eco-friendly products will be on display at the 79th Geneva Motor Show in Switzerland March 5-15, 2009.
Pirelli says its increasingly "green" performance and "avant-garde" technology is directed toward not only performance, but also sustainable mobility, safety, and efficiency.
Pirelli recently was recognized as the "best tire manufacturer for innovation and excellence" at the Tire Technology Expo in Hamburg, Germany. The Pirelli Group's eco-friendly offerings include tires manufactured with new materials not derived from petroleum.
