Mitchell 1 upgrades ServiceIntelligence software

Mitchell 1’s latest ServiceIntelligence (SI) vehicle maintenance tracking software, Version 9, is the next generation in preventive maintenance sales tools.

The software, powered by eAutoclub, is designed to provide a detailed tracking of 25 maintenance items, and can create a personalized report for each vehicle in the consumer household.

Three ServiceIntelligence product levels are available:

1. Free (SI Free) and Demo Product;

2. E-mail (SI E-mail); and

3. Pro (SI Pro).

“By automatically analyzing the service history for each customer’s vehicle, profit opportunities are identified and presented in an attractive report format,” says Brian Warfield, Mitchell 1’s senior product manager for ServiceIntelligence. “Each vehicle profile report provides sales, marketing, appointment setting, new profit opportunities and credibility.”
