Pilot program launched for TireWare's B2B Tire Exchange

April 9, 2008

B2B Tire Exchange, TireWare Inc.'s online clearing-house for "orphaned,” discontinued and over-stocked tires, is now available in a beta (pilot) format.

TireWare plans to release the B2B Tire Exchange in the U.S. by the end of July, and will expand to other countries in the coming months. Details on final pricing have yet to be determined.

B2B Tire Exchange addresses unwanted inventory and provides dealers a means to find and order hard-to-find inventory from dealers across the country, the company says.

“We’re excited about partnering with leading tire dealers to create an innovative solution for unused inventory. By connecting the industry together, we can maximize profit potential for all our retail dealers,” says Tully Ryan, CEO and president of TireWare.

“This is a wonderful example of the things TireWare can do using the Internet and the efficiencies of TireWare’s SaaS architecture -- unlocking new levels of productivity for tire dealers.”

With the TireWare B2B Tire Exchange, dealers can:

* List an unlimited amount of tires with no per-listing fee.

* List company information.

* Set their own pricing of their tires.

* Access Web-based management tools including TireWare's product upload tool “Dealer Desktop.”

* Access a multiple search criteria.

* Access tire ordering and fulfillment tools.
