Software enhancement focuses on inventory exchange

ASA Tire Systems introduced an enhancement to its TireMaster software prgram at the recent SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) Show in Las Vegas.

The TireMaster Inventory Exchange Program is an add-on product for TireMaster users. This program creates an inventory availability pool between separately owned tire dealer stores operating on TireMaster.

The enhancement allows tire dealers to share inventory information and view inventory quantity available at other stores. It is designed to decrease lost sales at the counter due to inventory shortages.

"With the TireMaster Inventory Exchange, our customers now have the ability to leverage their relationships with other dealers in the area, ensuring that they will be able to meet the needs of the customer on the other side of the counter," says Dave Duchesne, vice president of sales. "Even if they are out of stock, they can instantly find the tire and not lose the sale."

TireMaster is designed to help tire dealers perform fast transactions, track customer history, market to and retain customers, and create an environment to increase tire store profitability.
