Parker Hannifin Corp. has joined the Get Nitrogen Institute, a Denver-based non-profit group that provides information to automotive consumers and providers about the benefits of using nitrogen to inflate tires.
"Parker Hannifin, as represented by its Filtration and Separation Division, is pleased become a member of the Get Nitrogen Institute,” says Bob Daly, marketing and sales manager, Industrial Products. “We believe that the Institute will be an effective means of educating the public in issues involving improved fuel economy and increased tire life as benefits of inflating tires with nitrogen."
Parker Hannifin produces nitrogen generators under the TireSaver and TireSafe brand names.
