Mitchell 1 enhances customer retention program

Mitchell 1's Customer Retention Marketing program is now available in Gold and Platinum packages.

The automated program lets customers know, via e-mail, when their vehicles are due for scheduled maintenance, according to Mitchell 1 officials. It was designed specifically for the Mitchell 1 OnDemand 5 program.

The Gold package "expands on the basic program by adding call tracking numbers to every level," among other functions. The Platinum program provides professional outsourced Web hosting and development with state-of-the-art features.
