Big O Tires Inc. has hired Kyle Iwasawa, formerly president of Treadways Corp., to be its president, franchise business, a newly created position.
Iwasawa will be responsible for "more fully developing a new Big O Tires franchise business model and the associated services and processes to support this new model," say Big O officials.
The new model "Is being implemented... to better focus on the customer and to make the necessary changes to help the company and its franchisees to work more efficiently in meeting customers' needs and expectations," says Big O President John Adams.
Big O,which is owned by TBC Corp., has more then 540 franchise locations.
