Tires Plus Total Care Care's revamped Web site, www.tiresplus.com, lets browsers schedule appointments on-line.
The site also lets customers obtain instant tire quotes, request e-mailed promotions and discounts, and do other things.
"Our goal was to create an easy-to-use site that implements suggestions we've received from our guests," says Bill Ardiff, director of advertising and internet marketing for Tires Plus, which is owned by BFS Retail & Commercial Operations LLC.
"As with many major purchases, we've found that customers simply want to research the product, get a quote, and make an appointment to get it done."
