TireWare Inc. has successfully implemented TireWare's Point–of-Sale (POS) solution at Red Cap Total Car Care's chain of three retail stores in the Middle East.

Red Cap, headquartered in Al-Khobar in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is a division of the Tamimi Group. In addition to Firestone,

Michelin, Bridgestone, Goodyear, Yokohama, Dunlop, Hankook, Pirelli, Toyo, Falken, Sumitomo and Kumho tires, Red Cap's 10-bay car care centers offer custom wheels, car audio equipment, mechanical repair service and car accessories.

"TireWare's business management solution will provide us with a solid

platform and selling tool to meet our aggressive growth strategies, as we plan to open as many as 30 Red Cap locations throughout the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)," says Al Benoit, general manager for Red Cap Total Car Care. (GCC member countries include Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates.)

"We chose TireWare after a lengthy and detailed due diligence process through which we considered a wide range of tire dealer specific point-of-sale solutions available in the market," says Akber Ali, senior IT manager of Red Cap.

"No IT project has as much at stake as a new point-of-sale implementation," says TireWare CEO and President Tully Ryan, who also credited BayaNet, a business solutions company based in Cairo, Egypt, and Red Cap with the smooth implementation of its customized business software solution.
