Jay Adams has joined Evansville, Ind.-based MaddenCo Inc. as vice president of marketing, sales and installation and general counsel.
He previously was employed with the law firm of Ice Miller LLP in Indianapolis, Ind., as an associate in its Private Equity/Venture Services group. Prior to attending law school, he was a sales representative for MaddenCo.
