Morry Taylor has been re-elected as chairman and CEO of Titan International Inc.
Ernest Rodia has been re-elected as executive vice president and COO of Titan.
Kent Hackamack has been re-elected as vice president of finance and treasurer, while Cheri Holley remains Titan's vice president and secretary.
In addition, Erwin Billing and Anthony Soave were re-elected by Titan stockholders as directors. They will serve three-year terms.
Titan stockholders also ratified PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as Titan's independent registered accounting firm for 2006.
Titan's stockholders meeting was held May 18 at the company's Freeport, Ill., tire manufacturing plant.
