Gem City Tire's retread plant in Dayton, Ohio, is producing 235 truck tire retreads per day, according to Gem City Tire President Jeff Lecklider.

The plant -- which houses production formerly based at Gem City's location in Cincinnati, Ohio -- spans 20,000 square feet, says Lecklider.

Gem City uses Goodyear's precure retreading system.
