Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has named Steven Chapman to its board of directors.
Chapman is group vice president, emerging markets and businesses, for Cummins Inc., a diesel engine manufacturer. He was been with Cummins for more than 20 years.
"Steve has a proven track record of growing businesses around the world," says Cooper Chairman, CEO and President Tom Dattilo.
"With his wealth of experience and knowledge, his guidance will be extremely valuable to Cooper as we move ahead with our own strategy of global growth."
