Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has named Billy Templeton Jr. information technology manager at its Texarkana, Ark., plant.
He will be responsible for directing and overseeing IT functions that support computer networks and infrastructure.
Templeton, who joined Cooper 22 years ago, replaces Randall Baker, who was recently named Cooper's IT lean champion.
