Cooper will declare dividend on March 31

On March 31, Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. will pay a dividend of 10.5 cents per share on common stock to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 3.

This will be the 136th consecutive quarterly dividend that Cooper has paid.
