Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has named Thomas Harrington as northeastern region territory sales manager for Oliver Commercial Products.
Harrington previously worked as a sales and marketing manager in the oil industry. At Cooper he will be responsible for sales of commercial products to customers in Michigan, Indiana, eastern Kentucky and western Ohio.
