Vogue Tyre & Rubber Co. has strengthened its West Coast presence with the recent acquisition of Los Angeles, Calif.-based Prestige Products Corp.'s assets.
As part of the deal, Vogue gained seven Vogue Custom Centers that had been operated by Prestige (four in the Los Angeles area, one in Palm Springs, Calif., and two in Seattle, Wash.)
"Prestige was Vogue's exclusive distribitor out west from 1983 until 2000," Vogue President Greg Hathcock told moderntiredealer.com.
Vogue also acquired Prestige's inventory via the transaction.
