The Tennessee/Kentucky Tire Dealers Association will be holding its annual dealer meeting June 6-7, 2008, at the Marriott Airport Hotel in Nashville, Tenn.
About 100 dealers are expected to attend, says Shaw Jared, the association's executive director.
Activities include a motivational speaker on Friday evening, and a keynote speech on Saturday by John Baratta, vice president of consumer tire sales for Bridgestone Firestone North American Tire LLC. (Baratta will replace John Gamauf as president of consumer replacement tire sales at Bridgestone Firestone when Gamauf retires on May 1.)
On Saturday afternoon, meeting attendees will get to go to the Nashville Superspeedway for the Federated Auto Parts 300 NASCAR Nationwide Series race, where the association will have a hospitality tent.
