Conrad's offers 'free air' at great expense

Dec. 26, 2012

There is no such thing as a free lunch. Free trade isn't really free, either. What about free air?

Conrad's Tire Service Inc. is giving air away for free. Don't believe it? The company has set up "Free Air Inflation Stations" at all 33 of its Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car Care outlets.

Even when the stores are closed, the inflation stations are open. It may take time for drivers in northeast Ohio to check air pressure and fill up their tires, but the air is free.

To find out more about what is going on in the minds of Conrad's braintrust, read the lastest blog from Modern Tire Dealer Editor Bob Ulrich: "Conrad's Tire spends $100,000 on... free air?!"
