Forget 'shotgun,' Andreoli calls DriverSide

Andreoli & Associates Inc. (A&A) has integrated its cloud-based HITSBPOS point-of-sale software with DriverSide Inc.’s Full-Service Online Garage.

DriverSide automatically builds personalized online “garages” using point-of-sale service history. Customers can access their garages, which have the look and feel of the dealer’s main website, and review both past service history and upcoming recommended maintenance.

The service also sends timely e-mail service reminders, follow-up communications, and monthly e-newsletters promoting the dealership.

“We did an email marketing campaign using DriverSide's eMatch service and customer history from our Andreoli system," says Mike Upton of Upton TirePros, a four-store tire and auto service provider in Jackson, Miss. "The results far exceeded our expectations, bringing in thousands of dollars in sales from customers we had not seen in over a year.”
