Carlisle Companies has named Fred Sutter group president of its Carlisle Transportation Products Group, which contains Carlisle Tire & Wheel.
Carlisle's Transportation Produts Group posted net sales of $48.4 million during the fourth quarter, 7% more than during the same period the previous year.
Overall, Carlisle Companies achieved net sales of $675.5 million during the fourth quarter, an 11% gain over 4Q 2006. Its net income rose 8% over previous year levels to $40.9 million.
