Affinia Group Inc. has expanded its line of Raybestos air disc brakes with new part numbers that cover 87 popular Class 7/8 truck, transit bus and school bus applications.
Major OE manufacturers include Bendix, Knorr-Bremse and Meritor. The new air disc brakes are currently available and ready to ship.
Raybestos products easily tolerate the higher speeds and increased horsepower of today’s heavy-duty vehicles and school busses, says Affinia. They also accommodate the shorter stopping distances required by current FMVSS 121regulatory standards for Class 8 vehicles.
