Bridgestone Firestone North American Tire LLC (BFNT) has introduced the L315, a new on/off-highway wide-base medium truck tire.
The L315 is designed for trucks carrying extra-heavy loads, including cement mixers, dump trucks and other vehicles.
"The L315's lug tread and open shoulder design provide hundreds of biting edges to dig into soft surfaces, promoting superior drive traction in mud and on gravel," say BFNT officials.
The tire comes with an L Load Rating, which allows it to carry 12,300 pounds at 120 psi. It also contains 30/32-inch tread depth, angled groove walls, heavy-duty casing construction and other features. It's available in size 445/65R22.5.
