Bandag Inc.'s board of directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.315 per share on its Common Stock, Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock.
The dividend is payable Oct. 18, 2002, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 19, 2002.
Bandag manufactures retreading materials and equipment for its worldwide network of more than 1,100 franchised dealers.
