Pirelli Tire North America says its Scorpion Winter tire follows the natural evolution of SUVs, which over the years have transformed from functional workhorses into safe and sustainable multi-purpose vehicles. It features a tread design with V-shaped grooves that improve grip, maximizing traction as well as the dispersal of snow and water. The compound has been made with new polymers, and the Scorpion Winter's modified internal structure ensures a precise response, good handling and lower rolling resistance. Also available in a run-flat version, it is manufactured in 21 sizes ranging from 16 to 21 inches in diameter.
