Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance Adds Member in Cleveland

Dec. 5, 2016

The newest member of the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance (Alliance) is Parts Pro Automotive Warehouse of Wickliffe, Ohio. Parts Pro joined the Alliance as a Bumper to Bumper affiliate on Dec. 1, 2016.

Parts Pro was founded in 1982 in Wickliffe by Michael and Laura McPhee. Since that time, the company has grown from a wagon jobber to a full-line distributor of automotive parts and accessories. The company operates out of eight locations with three warehouses, more than 150 employees, and over 100 delivery vehicles running daily, even on Saturdays.

“Parts at a fair price are available from many sources, consistent customer service is not!” says McPhee, owner and president. “Parts Pro realizes that a great price is only great if shops have the part in their inventory when they need it.”

McPhee says Parts Pro knew it needed help in the areas of information technology solutions and national account relationships. “We found that in abundance at the Alliance. And their Certified Service Center program is better than any shop program in the market. We are ready to get rolling as Bumper to Bumper member in the Cleveland area!”

Parts Pro is a solid company with an established track record of outstanding customer service, according to John Washbish, president and CEO of the Alliance. We were excited to find Parts Pro already embodies the spirit of our mantra ‘Service is the Difference.’ Their organization is dedicated to putting the customer first with sophisticated delivery techniques. They are a great fit for the Alliance.”

The Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance goes to market through over 2,200 parts stores and over 3,000 certified service centers throughout North America, branded Auto Value or Bumper to Bumper.
