Dayco Picks Board Member To Serve as New CEO

Dec. 1, 2016

Dayco Products LLC has named Nick Orlando as its CEO. He replaces John Bohenick who has served in that position for two years.

The company says Bohenick is leaving the company to pursue other interests. Orlando has served as a member of the Dayco board, and most recently worked as CEO and president of Martinrea International Inc., a metal parts producer.

Prior to Martinrea, he worked at Magna International Inc. and its affiliates for seven years, culminating in his appointment as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Cosma International Inc., a Magna subsidiary.

Stephan Kessel, chairman of the Dayco board of managers, says, “On behalf of the board of managers, we are pleased Mr. Orlando has accepted this responsibility and look forward to working with him in his new role."

He added, “We acknowledge John’s efforts and thank him for his commitment and dedication to Dayco. On behalf of everyone, we wish him well in his new business endeavors and thank him for his years of service."
