Leeds West Groups Expands Its Reach With Midas

Leeds West Groups (LWG) has added another Midas location to its portfolio, giving the company 79 Midas stores in the U.S.

The latest acquisition is in Oklahoma City, Okla. Leeds West Groups assumed operations of the store on Aug. 31. It was previously owned by Tilley Investment Company, and Scott and Donald Tilley.

It's is Leeds West Groups' fifth location in Oklahoma.

It will operate under the district management of Steve Cascio, who is based out of the Tulsa Midas region.

The 79 Midas stores make up the bulk of Leeds West Groups' 105 locations operating in 18 states. The company has more than 1,000 employees in its aftermarket repair automotive division. That division also includes Big O Tires stores and SpeeDee Oil locations.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“Scott & Donald Tilley have served the Oklahoma City area for many years and have done a great job representing the Midas brand," said Alan Mahrt, chief operating officer of Leeds West Groups' ASE Division. "We are extremely excited to take over in their footsteps and continue to serve the customers in this great OKC community.”
