American Tire Distributors Inc. (ATD) has named Carol Genis as its new chief legal officer.
“Carol has a strong background and diverse experience in successfully managing complex legal and business affairs,” says Stuart Schuette, ATD president and chief executive officer. “We’re excited for her to bring her leadership and counsel to further our growth and success.”
Genis brings more than 25 years of experience in successfully managing legal and business matters, corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions and other functions. She most recently worked at Twentieth Century Fox Television, where she served as vice president of legal affairs.
