The joint venture of Leeds West Groups (LWG) and The Monteverde Group has acquired the real estate to open its ninth Big O Tires location in Texas.
The store, expected to open in 2022, will be located in San Antonio on the 10000 block of Potranco Road.
“Our future growth of infilling markets must be consistent with a healthy mixture of greenfield growth. I expect LWG to acquire more pad sites this year in key markets. I am incredibly excited that our partnership with the Monteverde Group in Texas was the first location to kick off this initiative,” says Judd Kyle Shader, CEO of Leeds West Groups.
The property was purchased from Potranco Acreage Investors Ltd. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Leeds West Groups and Chris Monteverde initially began their partnership in 2019.
