Tom Fanning Takes Lead Role for Continental Truck Tires in U.S.

Continental Tire the Americas LLC has named three leaders for the company's truck tire business in the U.S., including Tom Fanning, who will serve as the head of Continental's U.S. truck tire market.

Fanning, a longtime member of the company's U.S. truck tire management, is moving up to the top spot and will have ultimate responsibility. He's been with Continental since 2000 and has served as commercial product manager, fleet sales manager, and most recently as vice president of sales and marketing.

Scott Pall has been promoted to head of sales for the U.S. truck tire business. He joined the company in 2001 and most recently served as the North region sales manager for truck tires.

Carolina Wagner is taking on responsibility as the head of marketing for U.S. truck tires and head of digital solutions the Americas, which encompasses Continental's digital tire monitoring solutions for both truck tires and passenger and light truck tires. Wagner, who has been with the company since 2013, became a member of the U.S. executive team in 2017 when she was promoted from head of tire marketing in a region of the company's office in Brazil.
