Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. has named Prashanth Mahendra-Rajah to its board. He is president of Analog Devices Inc., a semiconductor supplier.
Mehendra-Rajah also serves as Analog Devices' chief financial officer.
Goodyear Chairman, CEO and President Rich Kramer says that his "expertise in finance, analysis and strategic planning has made him a highly valued leader."
Prior to joining Analog Devices, Mehendra-Rajah, 51, held executive positions at WABCO, Applied Materials and other companies.
