GRI Extends Sizes for Farm and Construction Tires
Global Rubber Industries Pvt. Ltd. (GRI) has added sizes and tread patterns in response to growing demand from the company's agricultural and construction tire customers.
In the agricultural tire segment, the Green XLR 95 tire is available in a new size: 230/95R32. The radial tire is designed for row crop and spraying applications and features a cut- and wear-resistant compound. The rounded shoulder minimizes field and crop damage, and the inter lug mud breakers provide excellent self-cleaning.
In the Green EX series, several sizes were introduced.
The Green EX RT100 is a bias tire built for tractors. The newest size, 23.1-26, is designed for soil preparation and spraying applications. The dual-angle lug design provides all-around capabilities for both on- and off-road applications. The nylon casing offers better power transmission, and the higher number of lugs provides more traction and stability.
Green EX FT 1 comes in two new sizes: 6.00-19 and 7.50-20. This bias tire for tractors has an optimized rib design for use both on and off-road. The raised center rib provides improved directional stability.
The Green EX RIB3 is available in three new sizes: 10.0/80-12, 10.5/80-18, and 11.00-20. These bias tires are built for implement applications and offer better roadability and productivity due to raised center ribs with optimum angle crisscross grooves. The strong casing extends the tire's life, along with the cut- and wear-resistant compound.
Grip XLR ET 333 is a construction and industrial truck tire that comes in sizes 10.00-20 and 11.00-20. It features a tread design with a centerline tie bar, which allows the tire to withstand rough applications. The nylon casing extends tire life and the nondirectional tread provides optimized traction.
The Grip EX MP500 comes in new size 18-22.5. The tire's compound is designed to extend tire life, while the unique lug-block tread pattern allows for greater productivity. The dual strip mud breaker at the shoulder and base are designed to provide better fuel economy.
