Snap Finance "is building an outstanding team of financial services leaders with the expertise to steer the company into the future with digital payments," says Matt Hawkins, the company's CEO.
New members of Snap Finance's leadership team include Gaurav Kohli, chief technology officer; Doris Hektor, chief compliance officer; and Tim King, chief financial officer.
Kohli comes to Snap Finance from Token Inc., where he also served as chief technology officer.
With 25 years of financial service risk management and compliance experience, Hektor most recently served as chief risk officer at Encore Capital, where she led the design and implementation of a global risk management program.
A 30-year financial services veteran, King was chief financial officer of Alliance Data before joining Snap Finance.
"All three of these new members of our senior leadership team have a seasoned track record and a depth of experience that will only make our company stronger," notes Hawkins.
Snap Finance recently entered into a partnership with Affirm in order to bring a wider array of payment options to retailers.
