ASA Conference to Key on 'Frictionless' Customer Experience

ASA Automotive Systems will hold its 22nd user conference, "Converge 2021," Sept. 19-22 in Orlando, Fla. The conference will include next-generation product demonstrations, sessions with ASA users, hands-on training, networking with ASA executives and other ASA software users and more.

"ASA's investments in digital tools designed to drive consumers to the dealer operation with modern methods like artificial intelligence-powered messaging platforms, text-to-pay, connecting company (websites) directly with point-of-sale to assist with website inquiries and scheduling services will be highlight's of this year's conference," say company officials.

Dedicated user sessions on GTX for enterprise and mixed mode businesses and payment automation "will also feature big at the conference. ASA will showcase the latest version of TireMaster with a modern, intuitive interface, new technology and crucial user-requested enhancements to help dealers further streamline operations and increase revenue."
