David Martin has been named chief operating officer of BL Systems/CEMB-USA. In his new role, Martin will be responsible for all of the company's North American business.
"David brings a long history of excellence from his former posts" at American Tire Distributors Inc., Accu-Turn, Hennessy Industries Inc. and Martins Industries, according to CEMB officials.
He also is a past president of the Tire Industry Association (TIA) and a longstanding TIA board member.
Jeffrey Jobe will retire from BL Systems on Sept. 1 as the company's general manager, following four years of leadership.
"We thank Jeffrey for his past efforts in stabilizing and growing the CEMB-USA brand during his tenure that brought excellent results. We wish him a happy retirement."
