Leeds West Groups has purchased the real estate for a Big O Tires store in Colorado Springs, Colo., the company's 40th transaction of this type within the last 24 months.
The store is located at 5820 Omaha Blvd. in Colorado Springs. It was owned by Mike Underwood, a Big O franchisee, and B&M 5820 LLC Inc.
Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
