Goodyear declares dividend

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. declared a quarterly dividend of $.12 per share today. The dividend will be paid Sept. 16 to shareholders of record Aug. 15.

Goodyear's stock was trading at $14.92 a share yesterday, a decrease of 37% since Dec. 31, 2001.
