The board of directors of Marangoni SpA has named Dino Maggioni CEO of the Marangoni Group.
Maggioni, 48, most recently served as CEO of Pirelli Industrial North and South America. His career also includes executive roles at CNH Industrial, Magneti Marelli South America, Magneti Marelli Aftermarket Parts and Service, and Ingersoll Rand.
The appointment of Maggioni is consistent with the strategy envisioned by the family holding of handing over growing responsibilities to managers chosen in the market, highly skilled and qualified.
Chairman Vittorio Marangoni stated: “With the arrival of Dino Maggioni our Group will take advantage of his experienced leadership in the automotive sector and proved managing capabilities,” says Chairman Vittorio Marangoni.
