Alliance Tire Releases App for Submitting Warranty Claims

Alliance Tire Americas Inc. (ATA) has introduced a website and mobile app designed to simplify the warranty submission process for Alliance, Galaxy, and Primex brand off-the-road tires.

The company says the “Warranty Wizard” app, available online and on both iOS and Android devices, expedites the warranty processby walking users step by step through the claim submission process.

“The Warranty Wizard provides tire dealers with an easy-to-use tool to enhance customer service in the field, allowing them to help their customers make a warranty call as quick, painless and productive as possible,” says James Clark, president of ATA in Wakefield, Mass.

The Alliance, Galaxy and Primex brands are manufactured by Alliance Tire Group (ATG).

“Alliance Tire Group’s world-class engineering and premium quality manufacturing make for a durable and long lasting tire,” says Clark. "In the rare cases where an issue emerges, however, we are committed to handling it quickly, which helps get our dealers and their customers back to work with a minimum of disruption."

The biggest slow-down in the warranty process is getting the right information into the right hands, according to Clark. “With our new ATG Warranty Wizard app, once the customer successfully completes a few simple steps on his or her smartphone, snaps a few pictures and pushes ‘send,’ we should have everything we need to initiate an efficient turnaround.”
