Service advisor.
What attracted you to the industry?
COVID-19 shut down my old job at the gym and I was looking for a new career and happened to stumble upon this job and just fell in love with it.
What is the biggest challenge you have faced in your career?
Coming from no prior car experience, it’s just learning the ins and outs of everything from oil changes to engine replacements.
Who has had the biggest influence on your career?
My two bosses Rob and Kent. They took a chance on a kid with only sales experience and no experience in cars and just let me run with it.
What is your biggest accomplishment in the industry?
Becoming a manager at 23 years old with only 1 year of experience.
