Modern Tire Dealer is accepting nominations for its annual Tire Dealer of the Year Award through May 27, 2022, here.
Established in 1993, MTD’s Tire Dealer of the Year Award is the longest-running, most prestigious honor of its kind.
Past Tire Dealer of the Year Award recipients include Jim and Tommy Duff, the owners of Southern Tire Mart LLC (pictured); Chip Wood, the founder of Tire Discounters Inc.; John McCarthy, president of McCarthy Tire Service Co. Inc.; the late Bruce Halle, founder of Discount Tire; Bob and Juanita Purcell of Purcell Tire & Rubber Co.; the late Paul Zurcher, founder of the Best-One Tire & Service network; Ricky Benton, owner of Black's Tire Service Inc.; Bill Williams, chairman of Jack Williams Tire Co. and others.
In addition to the recognition of his or her peers, this year’s award winner will be featured in the September 2022 edition of MTD. And MTD will make a cash donation to the charity of the award winner’s choice.
