Toby Beiner has been promoted to serve as chief financial officer for Sumitomo Rubber North America Inc. (SRNA).
Beiner, who joined the tiremaker in July 2018 as corporate controller and was promoted to vice president of finance in September 2020, brings a track record of 20-plus years leading and transforming finance functions to his new role.
“Considering the magnitude of our North American revenues, which exceeded $1 billion, Toby's leadership and knowledge are essential as we continue to grow,” says Darren Thomas, president and CEO of SRNA. “The multiple capabilities he provides, plus the experience gained working with former SRNA President and CEO Richard Smallwood and former CFO Pete Buck, will enable Toby to further succeed in his new role.”
Beiner earned his MBA from the University of Southern California.
