As part of their joint venture, Leeds West Groups (LWG) and The Monteverde Group have purchased the real estate for two Big O Tires locations in Corpus Christi, Texas. The Big O Tires franchisees took over operations of these stores in 2019.
Leeds West Groups and The Monteverde Group acquired the real estate at 2424 S Padre Island Dr, and 15106 Northwest Blvd. on January 28, 2022. The groups had assumed operational control over the stores on July 25, 2019.
These properties were purchased from Dolce & Dolce Investments. The purchase price and deal terms were not disclosed.
