Geoff Doster has been promoted to president and chief operating officer of TBC Brands LLC and TBC International. He will lead all sales initiatives for the two entities, including customer service, commercial tire sales, equipment and non-tire sales and operations.
Doster joined TBC Corp. in November 2003 as a warehouse manager from Michelin North America Inc. Since joining TBC, he has taken on roles of increasing responsibility from director of marketing for TBC’s distribution arm, which at the time was Carroll Tire, to vice president of sales for TBC Brands.
TBC says throughout Doster's tenure his work has resulted in "surpassing sales objectives, higher customer service ratings and the development of customer-specific promotional activities."
Most recently, Doster served as senior vice president of sales for TBC Brands where he led initiatives focused on wholesale business growth. He also took on the oversight of TBC International to collaborate and provide guidance on sales opportunities outside of North America, specifically focusing on dealers in the Middle East and Europe.
