Portland, Ore.-based Jubitz Corp., which includes company division Jubitz Tire & Retreading, is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.
The company also includes, among other divisions, Jubitz Travel Center, a 25-acre truck stop in Portland that boasts a medical clinic, a 24-hour restaurant, laundry facilities, a dance hall, a DVD theater, a barber shop, a shoe repair store and other amenities.
Jubitz's tire shop is open round the clock and sells Goodyear, Michelin, Bridgestone and Yokohama brand products. A Bandag affiliate, it retreads up to 170 tires a day, and also reconditions truck wheels.
