Giti Tire (USA) Ltd. plans to raise passenger and medium truck tire prices in May.
The tiremaker says it will raise the price on all "Giti-produced" passenger, light truck and truck bus radial tires sold in the U.S. by up to 8%.
The company the hike is in response to "the continued increase in raw material costs and other business and operational expenses."
